#8531: Alerts/Reminders - Alert for Vaccination Next Dose Due

New Service Desk Issue(s): ION-184

To ensure all relevant people (Staff, Residents, Consumers, Volunteers etc) are up to date on their vaccinations, we have introduced the 'Next Dose Due' alerts;

• On Staff Vaccination Next Dose Due and
• On TPP Vaccination Next Dose Due

These are to be configured in Reminders > Setup.

Alerts can be sent to the Staff/Community member plus also Org Unit Managers, Alert Groups, your designated Compliance and/or your HR manager (as set in Settings > System Settings > Organisation tab)

You may also set how long PRIOR to the Next Dose Date you wish these alerts to be sent. This is done in Reminders > Setup > Setup Reminder tab.
